Ömer Avcı – Owner - Group Managing Director of New Generation Property Services, New Generation Rentals - New Generation Homes has owned the company since 2011. Ömer has a Masters degree in "Tourism - Hospitality" and was also a University Lecturer of accounts, cost control - motivation with an established background of 30 years in 4 - 5 star hotel management. Ömer has proven skills in managing a large workforce and his hands on attention to detail - team motivation have proved successful along with his experience of property management, pool maintenance, cleaning, refurbishment - efficient garden management.
